Shyam Sharma
Managing Partner Shyam Sharma has been serving clients in Industrials, High Tech, Medical Technology, Materials including Chemicals and Metals, Energy, and Retail/ Consumer Goods sectors Prior to SIM Advisory, Shyam was an Associate Principal at the Chicago office of McKinsey&Company. Before McKinsey, Shyam worked as an Algorithms engineer at Delco Electronics/Delphi Automotive systems Shyam holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and a PhD in Materials Engineering from Purdue University. He received his Bachelors degree, with honors, in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, India Aparna Sharma
Partner Aparna brings over twenty years of experience in business strategy, financial analysis and asset management, and marketing to her clients in the industrial, medical, and financial sectors. Prior to SIM Advisory, she worked in strategy, asset allocation, and marketing roles at Chicago Equity Partners and CTC Consulting. She started her career in Engineering at General Electric and Delphi/Delco Electronics where she worked in Product Development, Research and Operations. Aparna holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business, University of Chicago and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. Rajesh Radhakrishnan
Partner Rajesh Radhakrishnan is an experienced advisor on growth and market development For over 20 years, he has served at the VP-SVP level in Marketing, Strategy, Business Development, and International Operations roles at companies such as Eaton, Tecumseh Products, Larsen & Toubro etc. He has worked in USA, India, Brazil, and France managing markets with a mix of concentrated large customers and OEMs, 300+ distributors, and complex channels for sales and influence. He has also held roles in Management Consulting at Deloitte and AT Kearney.
